I had the opportunity to partner with Rob Sansone/Bosley Real Estate on the recent sale of my home in Roncesvalles. I was under tight time lines at work to complete a number of projects, but wanted to capitalize on the low demand in my neighborhood. It was taking on a lot, given the responsibility fell primarily to me (in my home). While it was a stressful time, Rob shouldered the majority of preparing and staging my home. The end product was stunning and the house sold before it hit MLS. I couldn't have accomplished what I needed to do on my own, with such a short window.
